Castello di Spessa: A Timeless Wedding

Cloaked in old-world charm and centuries of tradition, Castello de Spessa exudes romanticism in every corner. The lush rolling hills of this wine country are complemented by shimmering natural light and a faint, sweet aroma from the vineyards that makes everyday feel like springtime.

It offered all the elements of a picture-perfect wedding for our couple who chose to use the area’s natural background to say their vows and celebrate with family and friends. The peacefulness and tranquillity of the scenery and the remote locale of the castle allowed this fairytale wedding to bring the bride and groom’s dreams to life, almost as if this destination were handcrafted just for them.

Organic Details to Make a Statement

Most weddings rely on over the top details to make a statement, but this wedding took a more subtle approach and embraced simplicity and organic details that ensured everyone’s focus was on the bride and groom.

The bride chose a simple yet flattering white gown that was perfect for the breezy warm weather. Her silky cape flew behind her as she walked down the old stone pathway to join the love of her life.

Perhaps one of the strongest testaments to their love was the reactions from their attending guests. Wide eyes and smiles filled the space, along with hugs, cheers, and laughter all around.

For a brief period, the couple stole away from the festivities to enjoy a few moments to themselves. It was such a treat to see them laughing, joking, and loving like nobody was watching, sharing special moments and making lasting memories that they will one day recant to their future generations.

Matrimonio al Castello di Spessa

Given Castello di Spessa’s naturally beautiful location, there was no such thing as a bad angle from our perspective. Every photo created a vignette of our couple and their love for all things family, friends, and each other. Explore their story below.
